大学生外显身体自我的现状及其与内隐身体自我的关系

【摘要】：目的:探讨当代大学生外显身体自我的特点及其与内隐身体自我的关系。方法:选取485例大学生[男生264例,女生221例;低年级学生266例,高年学生219例;城市大学生189例,农村大学生296例],采用青少年身体自我量表(APS)测查大学生外显身体自我。在参加问卷调查的大学生中采取等距随机抽样抽取50名大学生,采用内隐联想测验考察其内隐身体自我。结果:大学生在APS五个维度得分之间差异有统计学意义(P0.001),其中大学生相貌特征和性特征维度得分最高,负面特征满意度维度得分最低。男生的APS总体及各维度得分均高于女生。高年级大学生的相貌特征、运动特征、身材特征和负面特征得分高于低年级大学生。城市大学生的相貌特征、运动特征、身材特征和负面特征得分高于农村大学生(均P0.05)。外显和内隐身体自我得分相关无统计学意义(P0.05);男生的运动特征相对分离指数低于女生(Z=2.45,P0.05);城市学生的负面特征相对分离指数低于农村学生(Z=3.14,P0.01)。结论:大学生的外显身体自我和内隐身体自我存在分离现象,并且在不同性别和生源地大学生中分离现象有差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of explicit physical self and its relationship with implicit physical self. Methods: a total of 485 college students (264 boys and 221 girls, 266 junior students, 219 senior students, 189 urban college students and 296 rural college students) were enrolled in this study. The physical self was measured by (APS). Fifty college students were randomly sampled by equidistant sampling, and their implicit physical self was investigated by implicit association test. Results: there were significant differences among the five dimensions of APS (P0. 001), in which the scores of the features of appearance and sex were the highest, and the scores of satisfaction with the negative characteristics were the lowest. The APS scores of boys were higher than that of girls. The scores of facial features, sports features, stature features and negative features of senior students were higher than those of junior students. The scores of appearance, movement, stature and negative characteristics of urban college students were higher than those of rural college students (P0.05). There was no significant correlation between explicit and implicit physical self-scores (P0.05); the relative separation index of motor characteristics of boys was lower than that of girls (P0.05); the relative separation index of negative characteristics of urban students was lower than that of rural students (ZG3.14P0.01). Conclusion: there is a separation phenomenon between explicit and implicit physical self of college students, and there are differences among different sex and origin of college students.
