农村教育的价值、特征与发展模式

【摘要】:农村教育,是农村地区面向区域内多种人群传递普遍性与地域性的生产和生活经验,传承人类文明和乡村文化,促进农村社会转型和农村地区多种产业协调发展,培养具备现代生产生活能力和持续学习能力之人的社会活动。我国农村教育具有乡村性、多样性、多元性和自治性四个特征,其发展模式主要为人口流动型、政府主导型、文化内生型和产业聚集型四种类型。未来,农村教育规模及结构的发展趋势将呈现为:2030年前教育城镇化速度进一步加快,2025年城乡教育进入均衡发展时期,2030年我国将出现"教育逆城镇化现象"。
[Abstract]:Rural education is to transfer universal and regional experience of production and life to various groups of people in rural areas, to inherit human civilization and rural culture, and to promote the transformation of rural society and the coordinated development of various industries in rural areas. Cultivate the social activities of people with modern production and living ability and continuous learning ability. Rural education in China has four characteristics: rural, diverse, pluralistic and autonomous. Its development pattern is mainly population mobility, government-oriented, cultural endogenetic and industrial agglomeration. In the future, the development trend of the scale and structure of rural education will be as follows: the speed of education urbanization will be further accelerated before 2030, urban and rural education will enter into a balanced development period in 2025, and the phenomenon of "education reverse urbanization" will appear in China in 2030.
