翻转课堂:教师面临的现实挑战及因应策略

【摘要】:作为一种新兴的教学模式,翻转课堂本质上强化了学生中心地位,体现了深度学习的思想,彰显了混成式学习的优势,推进了个性化学习的实践,具体表现在教学范式的"转型"、教学流程的"逆序"、教学本义的"回归"和教育技术的"驱动"等方面。由此,教师实施翻转课堂面临着教学理念、知能结构、角色定位以及工作负荷等方面的现实挑战。因应上述挑战,教师应"翻转"思维,确立"学生中心"的教学理念;提升素养,筑建复合型知能结构;准确定位,重塑教师专业角色;理性审视,科学运用翻转课堂模式。
[Abstract]:As a new teaching mode, flipping classroom essentially strengthens the center position of students, embodies the idea of deep learning, highlights the advantages of mixed learning, and promotes the practice of individualized learning. It is embodied in the transformation of teaching paradigm, the reverse order of teaching process, the return of teaching meaning and the drive of educational technology. As a result, teachers face practical challenges in teaching concept, knowledge and ability structure, role orientation and workload. In response to the above challenges, teachers should "flip" thinking and establish the teaching concept of "student-centered"; improve literacy, build a compound structure of knowledge and ability; accurately position and reshape teachers' professional role; examine rationally and scientifically use the flipping classroom mode.
