全球学习战略2030与中国教育的回应

【摘要】：技术进步正在促使全球劳动力结构发生深刻变化,到2030年,全球人才争夺战将更为激烈。世界各国的人力资本战略正在做出调整,加紧实施面向2030年的教育变革,为21世纪培养竞争性人才。对于我国来说,培养具有全球竞争力的人才,支撑中国经济的可持续发展,参与全球经济竞争,教育必须面向世界和未来,为现在和未来的学习做出前瞻性的设计和规划。
[Abstract]:Technological advances are driving profound changes in the global labour force structure, and by 2030 the global battle for talent will intensify. The strategy of human capital in the world is being adjusted, and the educational reform oriented to 2030 is being carried out to train competitive talents for the 21st century. For our country, education must face the world and the future, and design and plan forwardly for the present and future learning, to train the talents with global competitiveness, to support the sustainable development of Chinese economy and to participate in the global economic competition.
