虚拟学习社区成员间情感交互的研究

【摘要】：信息技术的快速发展对人们生活中的方方面面都产生了深远影响。信息技术在教育领域的深入运用,势必将引起教育形式、教育手段以及教育观念等的全面变革。同时,信息技术的快速发展也加快了教育改革的进程,使教育信息化得到国家和社会各界人士的高度重视。虚拟学习社区作为信息化教育的重要组成部分,发挥着其无可代替的作用。伴随着虚拟学习社区研究的不断升温,虚拟学习社区成员间的交互也成为研究的一个重点和难点。通过对已有文献的研究发现,积极的情感能够有效促进虚拟学习社区交互活动的开展,进而提高学习者的学习效果。关键是在交互中如何产生积极的情感,这就要求对学习者分析,对交互所涉及的具体内容分析。通过一系列的分析,总结出交互的特征以及情感的作用,找出将交互与情感相融合的着眼点,并加以利用。本文首先对虚拟学习社区交互以及情感教学的研究背景和研究现状进行了阐述,为文章的研究指明了方向;其次详细分析了影响虚拟学习社区情感交互的各个因素,包括对虚拟学习社区成员的分析,交互信息载体、交互类型以及交互层次的分析;再次以“粉笔公考”网络学习平台为研究对象,对情感因素的利用现状和交互的实际状况展开调查,利用SPSS软件对调查结果进行系统分析,探究各影响因素的内在关系;最后在以上研究的基础之上,提出促进虚拟学习社区成员间情感交互的具体方法。最终分析结果显示,虚拟学习社区成员间良好的情感交互对学习者的影响主要包括:增进学习兴趣、增加学习动力、培养学生情感、形成良好的学习习惯四个方面;而促进虚拟学习社区成员间情感交互的具体方法可以概括为:增强社区平台教师情感交互精力的投入,提高社区平台教师情感交互理论学习,开展灵活多变的情感交互活动,创建丰富新奇满足学习者需要的资源库,使用高性能多智能可移动客户端,采用可扩展易管理安全性高的服务器,选取快速稳定的网络,开发个性化可变更的界面设计,尝试人性化多角度的操作体验,利用丰富生动的情感表达形式。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology has had a profound impact on all aspects of people's lives. The deep application of information technology in the field of education is bound to bring about an overall change in the forms, means and concepts of education. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology also speeds up the process of educational reform, which makes education informatization highly valued by the state and people from all walks of life. As an important part of information education, virtual learning community plays an irreplaceable role. With the increasing research of virtual learning community, the interaction between the members of virtual learning community has become an important and difficult point. It is found that positive emotion can effectively promote the development of interactive activities in virtual learning community, and then improve the learning effect of learners. The key is how to produce positive emotion in interaction, which requires the analysis of learners and the concrete content involved in interaction. Through a series of analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of interaction and the role of emotion, and finds out the focus of fusion of interaction and emotion, and makes use of it. In this paper, the research background and current situation of virtual learning community interaction and affective teaching are first expounded, which points out the direction of the research. Secondly, it analyzes the factors that affect the emotional interaction of the virtual learning community, including the analysis of the members of the virtual learning community, the interaction information carrier, the interaction type and the analysis of the interaction level. Thirdly, taking the network learning platform of "chalk public examination" as the research object, the author makes an investigation on the current situation of the use of emotional factors and the actual situation of interaction, and makes a systematic analysis of the results by using SPSS software, and probes into the internal relations of the influencing factors. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the specific methods to promote the emotional interaction among the members of the virtual learning community are put forward. The final analysis shows that the good affective interaction among the members of the virtual learning community mainly includes four aspects: enhancing learning interest, increasing learning motivation, cultivating students' emotion and forming good learning habits; The specific methods to promote the emotional interaction among the members of the virtual learning community can be summarized as follows: to enhance the input of emotional interaction energy of teachers in community platform, to improve the learning of emotional interaction theory of community platform teachers, and to carry out flexible and changeable emotional interaction activities. Create a rich library of new resources to meet the needs of learners, use high-performance multi-intelligent mobile clients, use scalable and easy to manage high security servers, select fast and stable networks, and develop personalized and changeable interface design. Try to humanize the multi-angle operation experience, use rich and vivid emotion expression form.
