海南省中学翻转课堂实施现状调查研究

【摘要】:近年来,翻转课堂在我国快速发展,成为教育改革的一面旗帜。翻转课堂给传统的教学模式带来了冲击,使传统课堂扼杀学生创造性和阻碍学生个性的发展的“顽疾”更为明显,而翻转课堂以学生为中心的自主学习、探讨式的教学方式符合新课程改革“以学生为本”的核心宗旨,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,有利于素质教育的实现。近几年海南在教育信息化改革方面取得很了很多突破性的进展,省内很多中学开始实施翻转课堂教学改革,但是相关的调查研究不多。本研究采用问卷调查对海南省中学翻转课堂的实施效果进行调查分析,了解和掌握海南省中学阶段翻转课堂的整体运行情况。调查结果显示海南省中学翻转课堂的实施现状各学校参差不齐,取得了一定成效,也存在很多问题。取得的成绩包括:实施翻转课堂后学生自主学习能力、表达交流能力、信息技术能力、汇报展示能力和创新能力明显提升,学生兴趣有所提高,师生关系更加密切,教师的学科素养、信息技术能力有显著提升。整体来说翻转课堂的实施没有脱离应试教育的范畴,除此之外存在的主要问题包括:学生学业成绩变化不大,学生对当前翻转课堂的实施模式满意度不高,教师实施翻转课堂的能力欠缺、学校管理培训不到位、大多数教师学生的积极性不高、学校实施设备不完善等。翻转课堂存在问题的主要原因包括:教师缺乏微课开发与翻转教学方面的素养,学生提不出值得讨论的问题,参与课堂讨论不够,一些学校培训管理考核相关制度不够完善,以及应试教育压力等。作者从教育管理高层,教育实施中层,翻转课堂实施个体三个层面提出改进意建议。具体涉及到政府应该提高信息化水平,完善学习管理平台;学校需要建立教师培训和激励机制,教师必须提升自身专业技能和课堂管理能力;学生要主动适应学校课程改革等。本论文通过理论与实践相结合的方法对海南翻转课堂存在的问题进行系统分析,为教育管理人员和教师在工作中不断完善翻转课堂教学提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, flipped classroom has developed rapidly in our country and become a banner of educational reform. The flip classroom has brought the impact to the traditional teaching mode, which makes the "stubborn disease" which stifles students' creativity and hinders the development of students' personality more obvious, and turns the classroom into student-centered autonomous learning. The exploratory teaching method accords with the core aim of the new curriculum reform "student-oriented", which is helpful to stimulate the students' interest and enthusiasm in learning, and to realize the quality-oriented education. In recent years Hainan has made a lot of breakthrough progress in the reform of educational informatization. Many middle schools in the province began to implement the reform of flipping classroom teaching but the relevant investigation and research is not much. This study investigated and analyzed the effect of flipping classroom in middle school in Hainan province by questionnaire, and understood and grasped the whole operation of flipping classroom in middle school in Hainan province. The results show that the current situation of the implementation of flipping classroom in Hainan middle schools is uneven, and some achievements have been made, and there are also many problems. The achievements include: the students' autonomous learning ability, communication ability, information technology ability, the ability to report and display, the ability to innovate, the interest of students and the relationship between teachers and students are improved after the implementation of flipping class. Teacher's discipline accomplishment, information technology ability has the remarkable enhancement. On the whole, the implementation of flipping classroom is not out of the scope of exam-oriented education. In addition, the main problems include: the students' academic achievement does not change much, and the students' satisfaction with the implementation mode of the flipping classroom is not high. The ability of the teachers to implement the flipping classroom is not enough, the school management training is not in place, the enthusiasm of most teachers and students is not high, the school implementation equipment is not perfect and so on. The main reasons for the problems in flipping classroom include: teachers lack of literacy in microcourse development and flipping teaching, students can not put forward problems worth discussing, they are not enough to participate in classroom discussion, and some school training management and assessment systems are not perfect enough. And examination-oriented education pressure and so on. The author puts forward some suggestions for improvement from three aspects of educational management, educational implementation, and flipping classroom implementation. Specifically, the government should improve the level of information, improve the learning management platform; schools need to establish teacher training and incentive mechanism, teachers must improve their own professional skills and classroom management ability; students should actively adapt to the school curriculum reform. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the problems existing in the flipping classroom in Hainan by combining theory with practice, and provides a reference for the education administrators and teachers to improve the flipping classroom teaching in the course of their work.
