15周岁学生如何看待学校教育的适应性——来自中国上海PISA的证据及影响因素分析

【摘要】:中国教育在适应学生未来工作和生活等方面的需要上表现如何?为了回应这一问题,本文采用上海的PISA问卷数据及ATSCHL指数进行了评价分析,并探索了影响因素。研究发现,与其他国家相比,上海的学校教育适应性较低。探讨其影响因素,发现增加学校教学资源的投入能显著增加教育的适应性;但成绩导向的评价制度却产生显著的负向作用。此外,不同群体学生对教育适应性的看法表现出差异,这包括性别、家庭背景和学业成绩上的不同。
[Abstract]:How does Chinese education perform in meeting the needs of students' future work and life? In order to respond to this problem, the data of Shanghai PISA questionnaire and ATSCHL index are used to evaluate and analyze the factors. The study found that, compared with other countries, Shanghai's school education adaptability is lower. It is found that increasing the input of school teaching resources can significantly increase the adaptability of education, but the performance-oriented evaluation system has a significant negative effect. In addition, different groups of students showed different views on educational adaptability, including gender, family background and academic achievement.
