教师轮岗制度创新的文化维度

【摘要】:近年来,教师轮岗问题研究发生了从制度到文化的转向。文化维度审视教师轮岗制度的时代意义在于这是提升教师轮岗制度合法性的重要路径,促进教师轮岗目标达成的必备条件以及彰显教师轮岗现实价值的核心内容。教师轮岗制度创新的文化维度关注制度目标、制度内容、推进路径及条件保障四个核心问题。文化维度审视教师轮岗制度,根本目的是通过制度创新提升教师轮岗的文化适切性,这要求在目标上聚焦轮岗制度的文化适应力,主体上增强轮岗教师的文化感染力,内容上提升轮岗模式的文化吸引力,方式上扩大轮岗路径的文化影响力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the study of teacher rotation has changed from institution to culture. The significance of the cultural dimension in examining the teacher rotation system is that it is an important way to enhance the legitimacy of the teacher rotation system, to promote the essential conditions to achieve the goal of teacher rotation and to highlight the core content of the practical value of teacher rotation. The cultural dimension of teacher rotation system innovation focuses on four core issues: system goal, system content, promotion path and condition guarantee. The fundamental purpose of the cultural dimension is to improve the cultural relevance of the rotation of teachers through institutional innovation, which requires focusing on the cultural adaptability of the rotation system and enhancing the cultural appeal of the teachers on the main body. Enhance the cultural attractiveness of the rotation mode and expand the cultural influence of the rotation path in content.
