AGIL模型视角下推进高校应用MOOC教学的策略选择

【摘要】:MOOC是在线开放教育的一种新形式,高校应用MOOC教学是教育信息化的时代诉求,如何促进MOOC在高校教学中的健康应用已成为学者关注热点。高校应用MOOC教学构成了一个既纵横交错又相对独立的行动系统。根据帕森斯的"AGIL"模型可知,如果该系统要取得均衡和维持,其功能必须得到充分满足。运用帕森斯的"AGIL"模型理论,对高校MOOC教学行动子系统进行了分析,发现其存在难以全面适应高校教学的实际需求、教学应用目标定位不清晰、教学课程及其他资源缺乏有效整合、教学文化缺位等障碍,并据此提出了采用"MOOC+Classroom=SPOC"形式提升教学适应性、以教学三维目标明确MOOC教学目标、以"TPACK+Web Quest"模式强化对MOOC教学课内外资源的整合、以明确的基本价值定位构建MOOC教学文化环境等策略。
[Abstract]:MOOC is a new form of online open education. The application of MOOC in colleges and universities is the demand of the times of education information. How to promote the healthy application of MOOC in college teaching has become a hot spot for scholars. The application of MOOC in colleges and universities constitutes a staggered and relatively independent action system. According to Parsons'"AGIL" model, if the system is to be balanced and maintained, its function must be fully satisfied. Based on Parsons'"AGIL" model theory, this paper analyzes the MOOC teaching action subsystem in colleges and universities. It is found that it is difficult to fully adapt to the actual needs of college teaching, and the target orientation of teaching application is not clear. The lack of effective integration of teaching curriculum and other resources, the absence of teaching culture, and so on. Based on this, the author puts forward to improve the teaching adaptability in the form of "MOOC Classroom=SPOC" so as to define the teaching objectives of MOOC by means of three dimensional teaching objectives. The integration of resources in and out of MOOC teaching should be strengthened by "TPACK Web Quest" mode, and the strategies of constructing MOOC teaching culture environment should be set up with clear basic value orientation.
