2014—2015年池州市大学生手机依赖与认知功能关联的随访研究

【摘要】:目的探讨大学生手机依赖与认知推理能力的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,采用青少年手机使用依赖自评问卷和瑞文标准推理测验,于2014年6月和2015年5月对池州市3所高校929名大学生的手机依赖和认知推理能力进行1年随访调查和评价。结果随访前后的2次横断面分析均显示,大学生手机依赖评分与认知推理得分间有统计学关联(基线:β=-0.101,95%CI-0.168~-0.034;随访:β=-0.161,95%CI-0.255~-0.067)。基线时手机依赖评分与1年后的认知推理能力得分间无统计学关联(β=-0.021,95%CI-0.112~0.070)。在控制多种混杂因素和基线时手机依赖得分后,随访时个体手机依赖评分较基线时每增加10%,随访时认知推理总分减少0.40(95%CI-0.60~-0.20)。结论较高的手机依赖以及手机依赖程度增加可能与大学生较低的认知推理能力显著关联。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between cell phone dependence and cognitive reasoning ability of college students. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used, self-assessment questionnaire of mobile phone use and Raven standard inference test were used. The cell phone dependence and cognitive reasoning abilities of 929 college students from 3 universities in Chizhou were investigated and evaluated in June 2014 and May 2015. Results two cross-sectional analyses before and after follow-up showed that there was a statistical correlation between the score of mobile phone dependence and the score of cognitive reasoning (baseline: 尾 = -0.101 ~ 95CI-0.168 ~ (-0.034); Follow-up: 尾 = -0.161 ~ 95% CI-0.255 ~ -0.067). There was no significant correlation between the score of mobile phone dependence and the score of cognitive reasoning after one year (尾 = -0.021 / 95 CI-0.112 / 0.070). After controlling for multiple confounding factors and baseline cell phone dependency scores, the total score of cognitive reasoning decreased by 0.40 (95%CI-0.60~-0.20) after follow-up. Conclusion higher cell phone dependence and increased mobile phone dependence may be associated with lower cognitive reasoning ability of college students.
