核心素养“热”背后的冷思考

【摘要】:核心素养是学习者在学习过程生成的能够适应未来社会发展需求以及个人自我实现需要的核心能力与品质。当前,核心素养之所以在我国教育领域备受关注,其主要原因在于全球学力比较引发的竞争驱动、经济与科技发展传达的教育诉求以及核心素养对于指引我国当前深化基础教育课程与教学改革的重要作用几个方面。但是,目前来看,核心素养并不非常完美,它在理论内涵与实践操作层面存在诸多让人生疑之处,具体包括核心素养与一般素养界限模糊,核心素养难以进行科学测评,以及对教师教学能力要求过高。为了有效突破这一困境,需要明晰核心素养的本质内涵与核心理念,优化核心素养的评价方法,强化基于核心素养的教师培训。
[Abstract]:Core accomplishment is the core competence and quality that learners generate in the process of learning to meet the needs of future social development and personal self-realization. At present, the main reason why core literacy has attracted much attention in the field of education in China lies in the competitive drive caused by the comparison of global academic abilities. The educational demands conveyed by the development of economy and science and technology, as well as the core qualities, play an important role in guiding the reform of basic education curriculum and teaching in our country at present. However, at present, the core literacy is not perfect, it has a lot of doubts in theory and practice, including the blurring of the boundary between core literacy and general literacy, and the difficulty of scientific evaluation of core literacy. And to the teacher teaching ability request is too high. In order to effectively break through this dilemma, we need to clarify the essential connotation and core concept of core literacy, optimize the evaluation method of core literacy, and strengthen teacher training based on core literacy.
