“教育统计”在线学习活动的设计与实践

【摘要】:教育统计是教育管理和科学决策的重要依据。准确、及时的提供统计数据,对于深入分析教育事业发展状况,保障教育事业科学发展具有十分重要的意义。教育事业统计队伍专职人员少、兼职人员多。统计人员在岗周期短、流动频繁。专业水平参差不齐。这些现存问题在一定程度上影响教育统计的数据质量。仅靠线下五个教育统计培训基地和各地的工作部署,已经远不能满足上百万教育统计人员专业化的需要,也难以适应新形势下教育统计事业发展的需要。希望通过开展全国教育事业统计在线培训可以弥补线下基地培训的不足,加强统计队伍建设、提升统计人员专业水平、提高统计数据质量。为了使在职人员能够充分利用学习资源,顺利完成在线学习,并达到一定的教学效果,又将在线学习活动的设计运用到教育统计的在线学习中。因为在线学习活动的设计不仅仅关注表现和内容,更注重学习者的学习体验,关注学习者学习过程中的任务、场景、辅导支持以及评价等关键要素的设计,更好的帮助学习者规划学习活动,让学习者在一系列的学习活动中,逐步达成一个个的学习目标,最终完成学习任务,达到学习预期的效果。本文通过对在线学习活动设计框架的深入研究,探索在线学习活动设计框架,该框架由五个部分组成,并对各个部分进行了较为详尽的分析阐述,并把该框架运用到教育统计的在线学习活动设计中,根据实际情况设计了教育统计在线学习,后期又在具体的实践当中进行检验,验证该方法的可操作性和有效性。本研究希望通过对教育统计的在线学习活动的设计,能帮助教育统计的学员达到一定得的学习效果。同时也希望本研究的内容可以为更多的在线学习课程贡献自己的力量,为其他行业的在线学习活动设计提供一定得参考。
[Abstract]:Educational statistics is an important basis for educational management and scientific decision-making. It is of great significance to provide accurate and timely statistical data for analyzing the development of education and ensuring the scientific development of education. The educational enterprise statistics troop full-time personnel is few, the part-time personnel is many. Statisticians in the post short period, frequent flow. The professional level is uneven. To some extent, these problems affect the data quality of education statistics. Only relying on the five educational statistics and training bases and the work arrangements in various places can no longer meet the needs of the specialization of millions of educational statisticians, nor can they meet the needs of the development of educational statistics under the new situation. It is hoped that the online training of national education statistics can make up for the shortage of offline training, strengthen the construction of statistical team, improve the professional level of statisticians and improve the quality of statistical data. In order to make full use of learning resources, complete online learning and achieve a certain teaching effect, the design of online learning activities is applied to the online learning of education statistics. Because the design of online learning activities not only pays attention to performance and content, but also pays attention to learners' learning experience, the design of key elements such as tasks, scenes, tutoring support, evaluation and so on. Better help learners to plan learning activities, so that learners in a series of learning activities, gradually achieve one by one learning goals, and finally complete the learning tasks, to achieve the desired learning effect. This paper explores the design framework of online learning activities through the in-depth study of the design framework of online learning activities. The framework is composed of five parts, and each part is analyzed and elaborated in detail. The framework is applied to the design of online learning activities in education statistics. According to the actual situation, the online learning of education statistics is designed. In the later stage, it is tested in concrete practice to verify the maneuverability and effectiveness of the method. This study hopes that the design of online learning activities of education statistics can help the students of education statistics to achieve a certain learning effect. At the same time, I also hope that the content of this study can contribute to more online learning courses, and provide some reference for the design of online learning activities in other industries.
