理解学生:教师应有之为——基于三位教师的案例分析

【摘要】:理解是教育的内容、形式、手段,更是教育的最终目的。现代教育中教育主体间性的缺失、教育关怀性的匮乏、后喻文化背景下师生间的教育鸿沟,一系列教育问题的涌现都呼唤教师对学生的理解。理解学生的认知、行为、情感成为创造教育教学各种可能性的必然条件。教师可以在认识理解学生的行动路径,即冲突的注意—积极的反思—理解的行动—理解行动结果的基础上,将理解学生付诸实践。
[Abstract]:Understanding is the content, form and means of education, and it is the ultimate goal of education. The lack of intersubjectivity in modern education, the lack of educational concern, the educational gap between teachers and students in the context of postfigurative culture, and the emergence of a series of educational problems call for teachers' understanding of students. Understanding students' cognition, behavior and emotion is the necessary condition to create various possibilities of education and teaching. Teachers can put the students into practice on the basis of understanding the students' action path, that is, the attention of conflict, the positive reflection, the action of understanding, and the result of the action.
