印度教育国际化政策、效果及问题

【摘要】:为了促进教育国际化,印度实施了积极的国际合作政策,开展国际教育交流与合作,并于2010年通过了《外国教育机构法案》,明确规定了外国教育机构的准入与审批、运营与监管、质量保证与预防商业化等内容。印度的教育国际化政策取得了较好效果,表现为印度出国留学人数增加、到印度留学的国际学生增多、和国外大学的交流项目较有成效等。同时面临着扭转印度学生外流趋势较为困难、到印度留学的国际学生人数较少、教育国际化政策有待改进等问题。

Operation and supervision, quality assurance and prevention commercialization, etc. The policy of internationalization of education in India has achieved good results, such as an increase in the number of Indian students studying abroad, an increase in the number of international students studying in India, and a more effective exchange program with foreign universities. At the same time, it is difficult to reverse the trend of Indian students' outflow, the number of international students studying in India is relatively small, and the policy of internationalization of education needs to be improved.
