注意力曲线的内涵及其教学意蕴

【摘要】:注意力是人的心理活动指向和集中于某种事物或活动的能力,它与其他脑系统共同决定了人的知觉和行动的优先顺序。注意力与刺激水平之间有紧密的联系,并表现出倒U型曲线的规律性;学生对自我注意力变化有着不同的感受模式,使得注意力问题又表现出个体的差异性。明乎此,不仅有助于教师更好地基于注意的内在规律改善教育教学实践,而且有助于教师与学生找到更适合自身的注意状态,进而形成一种适合自身的教学和生活方式。
[Abstract]:Attention is the ability of human psychological activity to direct and concentrate on something or activity, which, together with other brain systems, determines the priority of human perception and action. There is a close relationship between attention and stimulation level and shows the regularity of inverted U-shaped curve. The students have different feelings about the change of self-attention which makes the attention problem show individual difference. Therefore, it is not only helpful for teachers to improve their teaching practice based on the inherent rules of attention, but also for teachers and students to find a more suitable state of attention for themselves, and then form a teaching and life style suitable for themselves.
