技术、教育与社会:碰撞中的融合发展——2017高等教育版《新媒体联盟地平线报告》解读

【摘要】：2017年高等教育版《新媒体联盟地平线报告》为我们展示了未来五年高等教育中促进技术采用的六大趋势、阻碍技术应用的六大挑战,以及教育技术的六大进展。本年度报告在传承的基础上有所创新。本文首先对报告的内容框架和创新点进行了概述,接着从学与教变革、学习环境与技术、教师发展、院校发展、教育信息化的社会问题等五个方面对报告内容进行了分类归纳与阐释,分析了技术、教育、社会三个要素在教育信息化进程中的相互作用,以及六大技术的进展特点。在报告内容解读的基础上,文章最后对推进我国高等教育信息化发展提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The 2017 New Media Alliance Horizon report shows us six trends in promoting technology adoption in higher education in the next five years, six challenges that hinder the application of technology, and six major advances in educational technology. This annual report is innovative on the basis of inheritance. This paper first summarizes the content framework and innovation of the report, and then from the learning and teaching reform, learning environment and technology, teacher development, the development of colleges and universities, This paper summarizes and interprets the contents of the report from five aspects, such as the social problems of educational informatization, and analyzes the interaction of the three elements of technology, education and society in the process of educational informatization, as well as the characteristics of the progress of the six major technologies. On the basis of the interpretation of the report, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of higher education informatization in China.
