韩国“影子教育”治理及其对我国的启示

【摘要】:儒家"精英治国"思想为韩国"影子教育"的发展提供了肥沃的土壤。自20世纪60年代以来"影子教育"对韩国的公共教育、经济、社会等提出严峻挑战。韩国政府基于平等主义的教育理念,剖析导致"影子教育"的需求机制,积极采取不同政策进行治理。本文着重梳理韩国"影子教育"治理的演变历程,有助于更好地理解政府在"影子教育"扩张中应扮演的角色,期望对我国"影子教育"的治理提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Confucian thought of "ruling the country by elites" provides fertile soil for the development of shadow education in Korea. Since the 1960s, shadow education has posed a severe challenge to public education, economy and society in Korea. Based on the educational concept of egalitarianism, the Korean government analyzes the demand mechanism leading to "shadow education" and actively adopts different policies to govern it. This paper focuses on the evolution of the governance of "shadow education" in South Korea, which is helpful to better understand the role that the government should play in the expansion of "shadow education", and hopes to provide a certain reference for the governance of "shadow education" in our country.
