论教师专业发展的特质及其实践路径

【摘要】:教师专业发展的特质是与其他职业群体相区别的专业发展特征,它既体现了教师专业发展的独特性,又体现了其内在规定性。目前,教师专业发展的特质遭遇遮蔽,主要表现为理论与实践脱节、对标准化教学通则的推崇、"思想技术"的统摄。因此,我们需要进一步厘清教师专业发展的特质,从而把握教师专业发展的实践路径,破除遮蔽的藩篱。教师专业发展特质主要表现为:行动中解决教育问题的实践性、教育情境的不确定性、专业情意的感通性以及多元关系持续互动的系统性。基于此,笔者从宏观学校层面、中观课程层面以及微观师生关系层面探讨了彰显教师专业发展特质的实践路径。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of teachers' professional development are different from other professional groups. It not only embodies the uniqueness of teachers' professional development, but also embodies its inherent stipulation. At present, the characteristics of teachers' professional development are obscured, mainly manifested by the disconnection between theory and practice, the canonization of the general principles of standardized teaching, and the control of "thought and technology". Therefore, we need to further clarify the characteristics of teacher professional development, so as to grasp the practical path of teacher professional development and break down barriers. The characteristics of teachers' professional development are: the practicality of solving educational problems in action, the uncertainty of educational situation, the sense of professional emotion and the systematic interaction of multiple relationships. Based on this, the author discusses the practical path of teachers' professional development from the macroscopic school level, the meso-curriculum level and the micro-teacher-student relationship level.
