教师专业化视野下案例教学的伦理尺度

【摘要】:在力争与律师、医生一样成为专业化职业的过程中,案例教学是教师实现这一目标的重要路径。案例教学为教师的专业发展奠定了技术性基础,但在目标、内容与实施方面缺少伦理性思考,其症结在于目标绩效导向的教育行政管理、学术研究取向的教师教育和存在偏见的社会认知。为实现伦理层面的案例教学,要对教师教育和学校教育机构进行基于合作与开放的文化革新。
[Abstract]:Case teaching is an important way for teachers to achieve this goal in the process of trying to become a professional career with a lawyer and a doctor. Case teaching has laid a technical foundation for the professional development of the teachers, but there is a lack of ethical thinking in the goal, content and implementation, the crux of which lies in the educational administration management of the target performance-oriented, the teacher education of the orientation of the academic research and the social cognition of the prejudice. In order to realize the case teaching at the ethical level, it is necessary to carry out the cultural innovation based on the cooperation and the opening of the teacher education and the school education institution.
