基于杨浦教育云平台的区域数字化教育资源共享研究

【摘要】:教育资源建设是教育信息化的核心,区域数字化教育资源是教育信息化的重点建设内容,然而,各地在开展教育教学资源建设的过程中遇到了许多瓶颈。教育云平台的实施对于教育行业的影响重要而深远。它能够减少建置成本;可以提高资源的利用性;能够实现教育资源的高度共享。杨浦区数字化教育资源建设虽然取得了不错的成就,但是信息资源的使用效率、应用效果及投资效益等与人们的预期存在较大的差距,教育资源库重复建设、信息孤岛、学科教学资源匮乏现象也日益突出。本文以杨浦区中小学学科教师为调查对象,以问卷调查的方式了解教师对数字化教育资源需求、建设、应用和共享的态度以及教育云平台的使用现状,研究分析了教师应用数字化教育资源的现状和需求。通过对调查数据的分析研究,发现学校数字化教育资源基本能满足教师需求,但也存在一定的问题,主要体现在:数字化教育资源不能满足多元化需求,数字化教育资源与课堂整合效益不高,区域教育资源共建共享机制不完善,区域性的数字化教育资源共享云平台短缺。在此基础上,研究得出了杨浦区数字化教育资源共享策略:完善环境支撑,提供数字化教育资源共享技术支持;制定推动措施,加快数字化教育资源“共建共享”;打造区教育云平台,构建共享互动的信息化环境。依据杨浦区数字化教育资源共享策略的研究,提出杨浦区教育资源共享的最有效的途径是建设为教师、学生、家长以及教育管理者提供教育信息化支撑的杨浦区教育资源共享云平台,整合区域内现有的教育资源,并不断充实新的优质数字化教育资源,建立丰富、友善、个性化的教育信息资源库,最大限度的“共建共享”优秀的教学资源,为学科教师的课堂教学提供更便捷和有效的服务。通过杨浦区教育资源共享效果的调查研究,探讨杨浦区教育资源共享云平台的应用成效:共享区域教育资源,满足师生多元化的需求;丰富教学手段,优化数字化教育资源与课堂的整合效益;整合优质教育资源,完善区域教育资源共建共享机制;提高课堂教学有效性,促进了学科教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:The construction of educational resources is the core of educational informatization, and the regional digital educational resources is the key content of the construction of educational informatization. However, many bottlenecks have been encountered in the process of carrying out the construction of educational and teaching resources. The implementation of the educational cloud platform has an important and far-reaching impact on the education industry. It can reduce the cost of construction, improve the utilization of resources, and realize the high sharing of educational resources. Although the construction of digital educational resources in Yangpu District has made good achievements, there is a big gap between the utilization efficiency, application effect and investment benefit of information resources and people's expectation, the repeated construction of educational resource bank, the isolated information island, etc. The lack of subject teaching resources is also increasingly prominent. This paper takes the subject teachers of primary and secondary schools in Yangpu District as the object of investigation, and makes a questionnaire survey to understand the teachers' attitude towards the demand, construction, application and sharing of digital education resources, as well as the current situation of the use of the educational cloud platform. This paper analyzes the current situation and requirements of teachers' application of digital education resources. Through the analysis of the investigation data, it is found that the school digital education resources can basically meet the needs of teachers, but there are some problems, mainly reflected in: digital education resources can not meet the needs of diversity, The efficiency of digital education resources and classroom integration is not high, the sharing mechanism of regional education resources is not perfect, and the regional digital education resources sharing cloud platform is short. On the basis of this, the paper concludes the sharing strategies of digital education resources in Yangpu District: perfecting the environment support, providing technical support for digital education resources sharing, formulating the promotion measures to speed up the "co-construction and sharing" of digital educational resources; Build a regional education cloud platform, and build a shared interactive information environment. Based on the research on the strategy of sharing digital educational resources in Yangpu District, the author points out that the most effective way to share educational resources in Yangpu District is to be teachers and students. Parents and education administrators provide educational information support for Yangpu District educational resources sharing cloud platform, integrate the existing educational resources in the region, and constantly enrich the new high-quality digital education resources, establish rich, friendly, The individualized educational information resource bank and the best teaching resources can provide a more convenient and effective service for the subject teacher's classroom teaching. Through the investigation and research on the effect of educational resources sharing in Yangpu District, this paper discusses the application effect of educational resources sharing cloud platform in Yangpu District: sharing regional educational resources to meet the diversified needs of teachers and students; Enrich teaching means, optimize the integration of digital educational resources and classroom, integrate high-quality educational resources, improve the sharing mechanism of regional educational resources, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and promote the professional development of subject teachers.
