张耀翔的教育心理学思想研究

【摘要】:第一任中华心理学会的会长张耀翔曾担任中国乃至亚洲第一本心理学杂志——《心理》的主编,筹建北京高等师范学校心理学实验室,主持进行了中国首次民意测验,终其一生都致力于心理学的教学与研究工作,为中国心理科学的建立、发展与普及做出了难以磨灭的贡献。他在对中国古人心理的探索和引进西方心理学思想方面做了大量工作,他一向提倡“外国学问中国化”,把西方先进科学知识与中国传统文化相结合,注重心理学的普及和应用。他的《人生第一记忆》、《智慧之定义及其范围》、《心理学文集》、《心理学讲话》等著作涉及普通心理学、发展心理学、心理测量、变态心理学、心理学史等诸多领域,其中在教育心理学思想方面主要探讨了人格教育、学习心理、学科心理、学生心理、教师心理等方面的内容。张耀翔对中国古代人格教育思想做了比较全面的批判和继承,对“人格的特性”、“人格教育的内容与原则”、“人格教育的途径”等方面的内容都做了较多的研究。在学习心理学方面,张耀翔主要从“学习的生理基础”、“学习的动机”、“学习的能力”“学习的过程”、“学习过程各阶段的效率不同及其原因分析”等方面进行了考察。学科心理的研究主要集中在“智慧测量”、“识字测验”、“新法考试”等方面。同时他还从“学生的个别差异”、“学生心理卫生”、等方面研究了学生心理。除此之外,张耀翔还从“教师应具备的素质”和“保障教师职业的办法方面”探讨了教师的心理。张耀翔的教育心理学思想对当今教育教学工作仍有较大的启示意义,值得我们去研究应用。
[Abstract]:Zhang Yaoxiang, president of the first Ren Zhonghua Psychological Society, was the editor of the first psychology magazine in China and even Asia. He prepared to build the Psychology Laboratory of Beijing normal School and conducted the first public opinion poll in China. All his life he devoted himself to the teaching and research of psychology, and made an indelible contribution to the establishment, development and popularization of Chinese psychological science. He has done a great deal of work in exploring the psychology of the ancient Chinese and introducing western psychological thoughts. He has always advocated the "localization of foreign knowledge" and combined advanced western scientific knowledge with traditional Chinese culture. Pay attention to the popularization and application of psychology. His works, first memory of Life, definition and scope of Wisdom, Collection of Psychology, speech of Psychology, and so on, cover many fields, such as general psychology, developmental psychology, psychological measurement, abnormal psychology, psychological history, etc. In the aspect of educational psychology, it mainly discusses the contents of personality education, learning psychology, subject psychology, student psychology, teacher psychology and so on. Zhang Yaoxiang made a comparatively comprehensive criticism and inheritance to the ancient Chinese personality education thought, and made more research on the characteristics of personality, the contents and principles of personality education, the ways of personality education and so on. In the aspect of learning psychology, Zhang Yaoxiang mainly investigates from the aspects of "the physiological basis of learning", "the motivation of learning", "the ability of learning", "the process of learning", "the different efficiency of each stage of the learning process and its cause analysis", etc. The study of psychology is mainly focused on intelligence measurement, literacy test, new method test and so on. At the same time, he also studied the students' psychology from the aspects of students' individual differences, students' mental health, and so on. In addition, Zhang Yaoxiang also discusses teachers' psychology from the aspects of "teachers' qualities" and "ways to ensure teachers' profession". Zhang Yaoxiang's educational psychology still has great enlightening significance to the education and teaching work nowadays, and it is worthy of our research and application.
