基于哈贝马斯交往理性观视域下师生和谐关系的构建

【摘要】:在社会与文化深层转型的今天,多元文化影响着人们生活的各个领域,人们在交往中不断交换和改善自身的价值观,和谐、以人为本的交往理性观念引起人们的共鸣与普遍认同。当前,在我国教育教学活动过程中,师生关系受多种因素影响,产生紧张、不和谐、甚至冲突等异化现象,影响到学校的育人环境和正常师生关系,颠覆了传统的尊师重道的观念,而且对课堂教学活动的顺利开展和教学实效性都带来了不可低估阻碍。构建和谐师生关系的研究成为众多学者,尤其是教育一线教师共同关心的问题和教育诉求。成功的教育取决于多项因素,其中师生和谐关系是其中最为重要的因素之一。平等、信任和相互理解的和谐师生关系所营造出爱的教育氛围会产生超越教育本身的良好效果。所以,构建和谐的师生关系既是时代发展必然要求,也是教育改革的必然选择。课题研究选取了法兰克福学派代表人物哈贝马斯的交往理性观为观察、分析问题的视角,在阐述了哈贝马斯交往理性观主要内容和思想的基础上,分析了当前我国师生关系存在的各种异化状态,提出构建和谐师生关系的内涵,认为主体间性是构建和谐师生关系的价值追求,对话性是构建和谐师生关系的交往方式,生活性是构建和谐师生关系的现实基础。遵循以人为本、主体间性、对话理性、互惠共享的原则,注重师生交往的话语转向、方式改进、情感构建和环境营造,才能形成良性互动的、符合现时代需求的和谐师生关系。
[Abstract]:In the present day of the profound transformation of society and culture, the multi-culture influences the various fields of people's life, and people are constantly exchanging and improving their values, harmony and people-oriented communication rational concept in the communication. At present, in the course of our country's education and teaching, the teacher-student relationship is influenced by a variety of factors, such as tension, non-harmony, and even conflict, which affects the educational environment and the normal teacher-student relationship of the school, and subverts the traditional concept of the teacher and the teacher. Moreover, the smooth development of the classroom teaching activities and the actual effect of the teaching have brought the obstacles to be underestimated. The study of building a harmonious teacher-student relationship has become a problem and educational demand of many scholars, especially the first-line teachers of education. The successful education depends on a number of factors, among which the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is one of the most important factors. The harmonious relationship between the equality, the trust and the mutual understanding and the harmonious relationship between the teacher-student and the teacher-student relationship create a good effect that goes beyond the education itself. Therefore, building a harmonious teacher-student relationship is an inevitable requirement for the development of the times and an inevitable choice for educational reform. On the basis of the analysis of the main content and the thought of Habermas's communicative rationality, this paper analyzes the various dissimilation states of the current teacher-student relationship in the present China. The connotation of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is put forward, and the inter-subjectivity is the value pursuit of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. According to the principle of people-oriented, inter-subjectivity, dialogue reason and reciprocal sharing, it is necessary to pay attention to the communication of teachers and students, to improve the way, to construct the emotion and to create the environment, so as to form a harmonious teacher-student relationship with the needs of the current times.
