村学的社会文化功能及退出影响

【摘要】:乡村学校对乡村社会文化的传承、发展具有重要的价值。在农村教育布局调整政策出台15年之际,反思乡村学校大规模消失带来的社会文化问题并思考应对措施显得尤为重要和急迫。乡村学校及其承担的乡村社区文化高地、培育学生乡土文化基因、村民精神与希望寄托之地和道德引领示范的社会文化功能的退出,带来一系列后果。在后撤点并校时代,在城市(镇)化的背景之下,需要政府、教育系统和社会共同努力,适当保留并恢复、办好部分村学,利用原村学的场地建设乡村社区文化活动中心或社区学校,让乡镇学校和保留下来的乡村学校积极承担乡村社会文化功能,是必要而且迫切的系统化应对措施。
[Abstract]:Rural schools play an important role in the inheritance and development of rural society and culture. It is very important and urgent to reflect on the social and cultural problems brought about by the large-scale disappearance of rural schools and to think about the countermeasures on the occasion of the 15 years' introduction of the policy of adjustment of the distribution of rural education. The withdrawal of rural schools and the cultural highlands undertaken by rural communities, the cultivation of students' local cultural genes, the withdrawal of the social and cultural functions of villagers' spirit and hope as well as moral guidance and demonstration, has brought about a series of consequences. In the era of withdrawal points and schools, in the context of the urbanization of cities and towns, it is necessary for the Government, the education system and society to work together, to preserve and restore appropriately, and to conduct some village studies well. It is necessary and urgent to make use of the original village school space to construct the village community cultural activity center or community school so that the township schools and the remaining rural schools can actively assume the social and cultural functions of the countryside. It is necessary and urgent to systematize the countermeasures.
