中、美教育信息化可持续发展比较研究及启示

【摘要】:教育信息化可持续发展是教育信息化建设稳步发展的前提,是信息时代教育改革与创新的必然要求和重要保障。随着世界各国对可持续发展的日益重视,探究教育信息化的可持续发展成为教育界及社会关注的热点问题。教育信息化的可持续发展受到诸多因素影响,该文重点比较分析中、美两国国家政策规划、基础设施建设、数字资源建设、ICT能力评估、教师信息化教学能力和ICT的应用等方面的典型实践动态,探究美国教育信息化可持续发展路径对中国教育信息化可持续发展能力建设的重要启示。研究发现,当前中国教育信息化正处于应用向融合变革转变的阶段,在基础设施与数字资源建设方面成效显著,但利用率较低,且城乡、区域、校际、群体之间发展不均衡,在ICT能力评估、教师信息化教学能力和ICT的应用等方面重视度不够。后续研究应从政策规划层面做好顶层设计,构建教育信息化可持续发展体系架构,进一步探索教育信息化可持续发展机制,确保我国教育信息化的高效和可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of educational informatization is the premise of steady development of educational informatization construction and the inevitable requirement and important guarantee of educational reform and innovation in the information age. With the increasing attention to sustainable development in all over the world, exploring the sustainable development of educational informatization has become a hot issue in the field of education and society. The sustainable development of educational informatization is affected by many factors. This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the national policy planning, infrastructure construction, digital resources construction, ICT capacity assessment between the United States and the United States. The typical practice trends of teachers' information teaching ability and the application of ICT are discussed in this paper, and the important enlightenment of the sustainable development path of American education informatization to the construction of sustainable development ability of education information in China is explored. The research finds that, at present, educational informatization in China is in the stage of transformation from application to integration, with remarkable achievements in the construction of infrastructure and digital resources, but the utilization rate is relatively low, and the development of urban and rural areas, regions, schools and groups is uneven. The evaluation of ICT ability, the information teaching ability of teachers and the application of ICT are not enough. In order to ensure the efficient and sustainable development of education informatization in China, the following research should do a good job in top-level design from the aspect of policy planning, construct the architecture of sustainable development of education informatization, further explore the mechanism of sustainable development of education information.
