贫困地区义务教育阶段学校信息化现状调查及改进对策——以滇西片区为例

【摘要】：为准确了解国家贫困地区教育信息化发展水平,课题组对滇西片区九个州市的义务教育阶段学校信息化发展状况进行了专题调查,并使用SPSS19.0软件进行了数据分析。调查发现,滇西片区义务教育阶段学校信息化发展仍处于"洼地",呈现出起步晚、发展快、融合差、效益不理想等特点,具有全国贫困片区的共性特征。建议:一是从战略高度重点投入、优先发展,保证贫困地区教育信息化硬件装备不低于全国平均水平;二是加强和改进管理,着力提升教育信息化设备的利用率和使用效果;三是重视融合应用,促进信息化手段与教育教学的深度融合;四是探索创新以信息化引领贫困地区教育跨越发展的有效模式。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the development level of educational informatization in poverty-stricken areas, the research group made a special investigation on the development of school informatization in nine cities of western Yunnan province, and analyzed the data by using SPSS19.0 software. The investigation shows that the development of school informatization in the compulsory education stage of western Yunnan is still in a "depression", showing the characteristics of late start, rapid development, poor integration and unsatisfactory benefit, which has the common characteristics of the poor areas in the whole country. It is suggested that the hardware equipment of educational informatization in poor areas should not be lower than the average level of the whole country, and the management should be strengthened and improved in order to improve the utilization rate and using effect of educational informatization equipment. The third is to attach importance to the integration and application, to promote the deep integration of information means and education and teaching, and to explore the effective mode of innovation to lead the educational leapfrogging development in poor areas by means of innovation.
