当代社会道德冲突的教育反思与德育应对

【摘要】：随着中国社会的转型,多元道德文化形态登上德育舞台,它改变了传统非黑即白的道德观,使个体道德冲突发生在"两善"之间,其所引发的心理压力对学生自我道德心理的稳定性和承受力提出了较高要求,而传统德育思维定势让学生真实的、独立的、与时俱进的道德动机难以建立,成为道德冲突产生的根源。当代德育应从道德"正误"选择到道德"两善"选择构建德育理念,促使多元价值取向的有机统一,确立互补共生的德育追求;应基于"道德承受"设置"道德变通"的德育内容,积极提升学生的道德心理承受和变通能力;德育策略上应推动道德管理走向道德对话,以培养学生的道德质疑能力和道德创新意识。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of Chinese society, the multi-moral cultural form has been put on the stage of moral education. It has changed the traditional moral view of "black or white" and made the individual moral conflict take place between the "two good". The psychological pressure caused by it puts forward higher requirements for the stability and tolerance of students' self-moral psychology, while the traditional moral thinking pattern makes it difficult to establish the moral motivation of students who are real, independent and keeping pace with the times. Become the root of moral conflict. The contemporary moral education should construct moral education idea from moral "right and wrong" choice to moral "two good" choice, promote the organic unity of multi-value orientation, and establish the moral education pursuit of complementary symbiosis. The moral education content of "moral adaptation" should be set up based on "moral tolerance", and the students' moral psychological bearing and flexibility should be actively promoted. Moral education should promote moral management to moral dialogue in order to cultivate students' ability of moral questioning and moral innovation.
