黑龙江省教育精准扶贫的任务及路径研究

【摘要】：教育扶贫既要"扶教育之贫",也要"依靠教育扶贫"。黑龙江省精准实施教育扶贫的任务包括建设教育精准扶贫大数据平台,加快发展贫困县的学前教育,着力改善贫困县农村地区义务教育办学条件,扩大贫困县普通高中优质教育资源,面向贫困地区农村因地制宜地发展职业教育,加强贫困县乡村教师队伍建设,精准资助贫困学生,为处境不利群体提供均等的教育基本公共服务等。顶层设计教育扶贫项目和工程并构建政策体系,推进教育信息化,实施精准保障,加强对教育扶贫工作的管理和统筹,充分发挥高校在教育扶贫工作中的人才支撑和文化引领作用是黑龙江省推进教育精准扶贫工作的路径。
[Abstract]:The poverty alleviation in education should not only help the poor in education, but also rely on education to help the poor. The tasks of Heilongjiang Province to implement education to help the poor accurately include constructing the platform of big data, speeding up the development of preschool education in poor counties, and focusing on improving the conditions of compulsory education in rural areas in poor counties. We will expand resources for quality education in ordinary high schools in poor counties, develop vocational education according to local conditions in rural areas in poverty-stricken areas, strengthen the building of rural teachers in poor counties, and accurately subsidize poor students. Providing equal access to basic public education services for disadvantaged groups, etc. At the top level, we will design education poverty alleviation projects and build policy systems, promote education informatization, implement precision guarantees, and strengthen the management and overall planning of education poverty alleviation work. Giving full play to the talent support and cultural leading role of colleges and universities in the work of helping the poor in education is the path to promote the work of poverty alleviation in education in Heilongjiang Province.
