JGJ76-2003中与教学空间相关条文的适用性研究

【摘要】:《特殊教育学校建筑设计规范》JGJ76-2003(以下简称《特教规范》)从发布至今已有十余年,期间依照此规范建成的特殊教育学校在使用过程中的问题逐渐表现出来;另外,在这十余年间特殊教育理念也不断涌现,导致使用者对特殊教育学校教学空间产生了新需求。因此,为了更为深入地了解特殊儿童的真实使用需求,以提供更好的特殊教育学校使用环境,需要对《特教规范》进行重新的分析和解读。本文尝试将通过实地调研、理论研究、国外实例研究等对《特教规范》中涉及教学空间的条文进行研究,根据条文设置的种类(定量标准/定性标准)将上述内容再各分成部分逐类讨论。特殊教育学校的教学空间作为特殊教育的主要场所,其使用的安全性和舒适性以及和特殊教育理念的契合性对于特殊教育的发展至关重要,而《特教规范》作为特殊教育学校设计的指导,对于特殊教育事业的意义也是举足轻重。因此,对《特教规范》中与教学空间相关的条文研究,对特殊儿童的成长和特殊教育事业的发展都有很大的意义。
[Abstract]:< Code of Architectural Design for Special Education Schools > JGJ76-2003 (hereinafter referred to as "Special Education Code") has been published for more than ten years. During this period, the problems in the use of special education schools built according to this criterion gradually appeared. In addition, in the past ten years, the concept of special education has been constantly emerging, resulting in a new demand for the teaching space of special education schools. Therefore, in order to get a deeper understanding of the real use needs of special children and to provide a better environment for the use of special education schools, it is necessary to re-analyze and interpret the Special Education norms. This paper attempts to study the teaching space provisions of the Special Education Code through field research, theoretical research and foreign case studies. According to the types of provisions (quantitative criteria / qualitative criteria), the above content is subdivided into parts and groups. The teaching space of special education schools is the main place of special education, the safety and comfort of its use and the conformity with the concept of special education are very important to the development of special education. As the guidance of the design of special education school, Special Education Standard is also very important to the cause of special education. Therefore, it is of great significance for the growth of special children and the development of special education to study the provisions related to teaching space in the Special Education Standard.
