基于翻转微课堂的信息化教学设计——以蛋糕的制作工艺为例

【摘要】:翻转课堂、信息化教学已经越来越多地融入到教学中,教师的教学条件和学生的学习条件也逐渐达到了可以进行信息化教学的要求。以蛋糕的制作工艺理论部分的教学为例,从教学分析、教学设计、教学过程和教学效果4个方面进行阐述,阐述了一种简单、易推广的翻转微课堂信息化教学模式。
[Abstract]:Turning over the classroom, information-based teaching has been more and more integrated into the teaching, teachers' teaching conditions and students' learning conditions have gradually reached the requirements of information-based teaching. Taking the teaching of the theory part of cake making technology as an example, from four aspects of teaching analysis, teaching design, teaching process and teaching effect, this paper expounds a simple and easy-to-popularize information-based teaching mode of flipping micro-classroom.
