【摘要】:正我们需要借鉴新加坡模式中的"阶梯式"路径,通过教研组织集中力量,以层递式培训方式加强教师核心素养的发展。还可以通过教师在学校层面的教研活动,发挥职后教师群体的"自组织"能力,促使教师将核心素养培育融入日常的教学中。教师跨学科素养的三个历史时期无论是2006年欧盟发布的"核心素养参考框架"(European Commission,2006)还是2016年发布的《中国学生发展核心素养》总体框架,大多数国家或国际组织所提出的核心素养,都呈现出跨
[Abstract]:We need to draw lessons from the "step-by-step" path in the Singapore model, concentrate our efforts through teaching and research organizations, and strengthen the development of teachers' core literacy by hierarchical training. Through teachers' teaching and research activities at the school level, we can give full play to the "self-organization" ability of the post-service teacher group, and promote teachers to integrate the cultivation of core literacy into daily teaching. The three historical periods of teachers' interdisciplinary literacy are the reference Framework of Core Literacy (European Commission,2006) issued by the European Union in 2006 or the overall framework of Core Literacy of Chinese Student Development issued in 2016.
