基于LabWindows CVI的双容水箱虚拟实验系统开发

【摘要】:根据虚拟仪器及自动控制理论综合教学要求,设计制作了一种基于LabWindows CVI的双容水箱模块化虚拟仪器实验教学系统。该系统不但能够较好地模拟工业生产过程,使学生对实际工业应用实例有直观的了解,还可以让学生利用LabWindows CVI虚拟仪器软件对双容水箱中的传感器及执行元件进行检测与控制。该系统采用模块化设计,控制方案变化灵活,编程操作简单易学,受到学生和实验教师的好评。
[Abstract]:According to the comprehensive teaching requirements of virtual instrument and automatic control theory, a modular virtual instrument experimental teaching system based on LabWindows CVI is designed and manufactured. The system can not only simulate the industrial production process and make students have an intuitive understanding of the actual industrial application examples, but also enable students to use LabWindows CVI virtual instrument software to detect and control the sensors and executive components in the double tank. The system adopts modular design, flexible control scheme, simple programming operation and easy to learn, which is well received by students and experimental teachers.
