教育家吴贻芳个体成长史研究

【摘要】:"育才造士,为国之本。"人才是国家的根基,而教师是人才的根本,无师则无才。教育家是教师中的杰出代表,研究教育家的个人成长史有着非常重大的现实意义。通过对某位教育家成长历程的研究,可以更准确地发现其成功的深层原因,有利于揭示教育家成长的规律,从而为国家的教育家培养提供借鉴。本研究选取吴贻芳为研究对象,重点在于探索她是如何成长为教育家的。本研究通过对吴贻芳生平资料的横向与纵向梳理,同时结合她的女性特点,将其成长为教育家的影响因素归纳为以下几点:环境影响、与时俱进、开放包容、知行并重、个人特质以及关键人物影响。环境影响主要分大环境和小环境两大类,具体包括时代、地域、学校和家庭四方面。与时俱进、开放包容、知行并重是吴贻芳能够成长为教育家最为显著和关键的原因,也最能体现教育家成长的共性。个人特质是吴贻芳身为女性的独特之处,她的与众不同是其成长为教育家的独有优势。最后关键人物的影响是吴贻芳成功的外在助力,吴贻芳教育家成长之路上的多个转折点都受到这些人的影响。最后在对教育家培养的启示中,提出当前教育工作者需立志向学,思想包容;应躬行实践,探索教育的真谛;应加强理念与实践相互转化的能力;应不断提高个人的身心修养以及保持开放的心态、紧跟时代的步伐。
[Abstract]:"to cultivate talent and make a man is the foundation of the country." Talent is the foundation of the country, and teachers are the foundation of talent, without teachers, there is no talent. Educators are outstanding representatives among teachers, and it is of great practical significance to study the personal growth history of educators. Through the study of the growth process of an educator, we can find out the deep reasons for his success more accurately, which is helpful to reveal the law of the growth of educators, so as to provide reference for the cultivation of educators in the country. In this study, Wu Yifang was selected as the object of study, focusing on how she grew up as an educator. By combing Wu Yifang's life data horizontally and vertically, and combining with her female characteristics, this study sums up the influencing factors of Wu Yifang's growth as an educator as follows: environmental impact, keeping pace with the times, open and inclusive, paying equal attention to knowledge and practice, Personal traits and the influence of key characters. Environmental impact is mainly divided into two categories: big environment and small environment, including time, region, school and family. Keeping pace with the times, open and inclusive, and paying equal attention to knowledge and practice are the most significant and key reasons why Wu Yifang can grow into an educator, and also best reflect the commonness of the growth of educators. Personal characteristics are the unique features of Wu Yifang as a woman, and her difference is her unique advantage in growing up as an educator. Finally, the influence of the key figures is the external help of Wu Yifang's success, and many turning points in the growth of Wu Yifang educators are influenced by these people. Finally, in the enlightenment to the cultivation of educators, it is put forward that the current educators should be determined to learn and be inclusive, should practice and explore the true meaning of education, should strengthen the ability of mutual transformation between ideas and practice, and should strengthen the ability of mutual transformation between ideas and practice. We should constantly improve personal physical and mental cultivation and maintain an open mind to keep up with the pace of the times.
