SPOC助学群组促进学员深度学习的研究

【摘要】:慕课、SPOC、翻转课堂等新兴教学模式的发展,为学员跨越浅层学习,实现深度学习提供了平台。随着教学模式的改变,教师的角色也发生了改变。目前,教师在SPOC课程教学中担任多种角色,不仅是课程的开发者,资源的设计者、活动的组织者,还是学员学习的督促者、引导者、指导者。多重的角色任务和繁忙的教学事务,耗费了教师大量的时间和精力,导致对学员的问题反馈不及时、互动交流引导不深入等。鉴于目前的现状,通过助学群组来促进学员的深度学习不失为一种良策。同伴助学者在助学导师的指导下,采用有效的助学策略能够促进学员进入深度学习状态。本文聚焦于SPOC助学群组促进学员深度学习的研究,具体研究内容包括以下三部分:(1)梳理现有的深度学习、助学者、SPOC的相关研究,同时整理助学群组和深度学习的相关理论知识。(2)分析SPOC助学群组的构建方法,主要步骤包括明确助学群组的职责、确定助学导师、建立助学者胜任能力指标体系、筛选同伴助学者、确定助学活动开展方式以及制定助学者奖励机制。(3)围绕SPOC课程的深度学习环节,提出助学群组促进学员深度学习的策略模型,从学术、认知、情感和技术四个方面为学员提供学习支持服务,并对策略的实施方法进行研究。通过在SPOC平台上的实践研究发现,助学群组的助学支持能够提高学员的学习参与度,促进学习共同体对知识的深度理解,加强学员间的深度交互,提升学员的高阶思维能力等。
[Abstract]:The development of new teaching mode, such as Muti, SPOC and flip-flop class, provides a platform for the students to cross the shallow study and realize the depth study. With the change of the teaching mode, the teacher's role has changed. At present, the teacher plays a number of roles in the teaching of the SPOC course, not only the developer of the course, the designer of the resource, the organizer of the activity, or the pusher of the student's study, the leader and the instructor. The multi-role task and the busy teaching affairs cost the teachers a lot of time and energy, resulting in the feedback of the students' problems and the indepth of the interactive communication. In view of the present situation, it is a good way to promote the depth study of the students through the study group. Under the guidance of the student's tutor, the peer-aid student can promote the students to enter the depth study state by adopting the effective student-learning strategy. This paper focuses on the research of the SPOC student group to promote the depth study of the students. The specific research contents include the following three parts: (1) to sort out the related research of the existing depth study, the student and the SPOC, and to organize the relevant theoretical knowledge of the study group and the depth study. and (2) analyzing the construction method of the SPOC student group, which mainly comprises the following steps of: (3) In the course of the depth learning of the SPOC course, the paper puts forward the strategy model of the student group to promote the depth study of the students, and provides the students with the learning support service from the four aspects of the academic, the cognitive, the emotion and the technology, and studies the implementation methods of the strategy. Through the practice research on the SPOC platform, the student support of the student group can improve the learning participation of the students, promote the learning community to understand the depth of the knowledge, strengthen the depth interaction among the students, and improve the high-order thinking ability of the students.
