SECI视角下PLE构建研究

【摘要】:明确PLE的内涵与网络环境下个人的学习过程是构建PLE的根本问题。文章以SECI理论为视角,以活动理论作为构建PLE的研究框架,详细探讨了学习者在进行网络学习时,在知识获取、知识组织、知识利用和知识分享这四个阶段所涉及的活动要素与具体内容,并以此构建了SECI视角下的PLE构建模型以及支持此模型的原型软件系统的体系结构。
[Abstract]:Defining the connotation of PLE and the learning process of individuals in the network environment is the fundamental problem of constructing PLE. From the perspective of SECI theory and activity theory as the research framework of constructing PLE, this paper discusses in detail the activity elements and concrete contents involved in the four stages of knowledge acquisition, knowledge organization, knowledge utilization and knowledge sharing in online learning, and constructs the PLE construction model from the perspective of SECI and the architecture of the prototype software system supporting this model.
