教育实习对职前英语教师信念的影响研究

随着认知心理学的发展以及研究范式的转移,研究者们逐渐意识到教育研究不仅要关注教学外显行为还应关注教师的内隐思考。教师信念,作为教师认知的核心,自20世纪80年代末以来,在国内外引起了普遍的关注。越来越多的研究表明教师信念对教师的教学决策、教学实践和职业发展有着重大的影响。尽管对于教师信念的研究有很多,但也存在着些许不足。首先,相对而言,国内外研究大多以在职教师和优秀教师为研究对象,对于职前教师这一新兴群体却鲜有涉及。其次,已有的研究大多只针对现状的考察,缺乏动态分析。为此,本研究以职前教师为样本,旨在探讨教育实习对职前英语教师信念的影响。本研究提出的问题有:1.实习前,职前英语教师持有什么样的教师信念?2.实习是否对职前英语教师信念产生影响?如有影响,具体表现在哪些方面?3.影响教师信念发生变化的因素有哪些?为达到该目的,本研究随机选取了湖北大学30名大四学生和湖北第二师范学院19名大四学生作为研究对象,利用改编成的问卷从语言观、教学观、学习观、师生角色观和教学专业观等五个方面对职前英语教师实习前后所持教师信念进行了测量。此外,为了追踪职前英语教师在实习过程中所持教师信念的变化历程,本...
