赣州地区初中英语教师教学信念调查研究

20世纪60年代,行为主义理论在教育领域占主导地位。受其影响,教学研究主要集中于对教学方法的探讨上,在具体的学习过程中强调模仿和强化,认为学习结果的好坏是由重复性操练及强化决定的。到了20世纪70年代,随着认知理论和信息加工理论的出现,教学研究转变为对教师的教学信念和教学行为的关系研究上,开始强调教师的教学信念的重要性。这一转变表明,研究者对教师的研究已经从教师的行为研究,转向对教师内心世界的研究。在中国,随着以改变教师旧有教学信念和行为习惯为特征之一的英语课程改革的不断深入,人们越来越明确地认识到转变教师的教学信念在改革中的重要性,教师教学信念的不断提升和发展成为解决各种英语教学难题的关键因素之一。 因此,本研究拟通过问卷调查了解新课程改革背景下初中英语教师的教学信念现状,重点聚焦初中英语教师对新理念的认知,并对影响初中英语教师教学信念的形成因素进行探讨,以期为深入贯彻新课程理念及初中英语教师专业发展提供有益的参考。本研究的研究对象是来自赣州、瑞金、大余、南康、兴国、宁都等县市的初中英语教师,共发放问卷200份,收回178份,有效问卷171份,回收率为89%,问卷有效率为96%。
