【摘要】: 网络教研是基于互联网和远程教育网进行教育教学指导、研究、沟通、交流、培训的教学研究形式。它有别于现实教学研究活动,从全新的视角探索教研的方向,扩大教研的职能。网络教研平台作为网络教研的基础设施,其质量的高低直接关系到网络教研效果的好坏,当前,尽管一些地方教研部门已组织开展一定规模的网络教研活动,但对如何进一步提高教师进行网络教研的积极性,规范网络教研行为的研究还很少,国内网络教研平台的构建无论从理论上还是实践上更是缺乏系统深入的研究。 教师发展档案袋是教师具有代表性的工作集合,是教师对自己工作进程的记录,是对自己的成就、风格、态度、价值观等方面的全面、高度个人化的描述和相关材料的集合。通过抽取教师发展档案袋中的部分内容,融合于网络教研平台中并形成相应的档案袋逻辑结构,能达到规范教研资源的生成;规范学校网络教研活动;方便网络教研的质量监控,提高教师教研水平;为学校网络教研激励机制的建立提供客观依据的目的。 本文首先通过文献调研了解目前国内外网络校本教研的实质和意义以及教师发展档案袋的相关研究,在此基础上,对重庆市北碚区的几所有条件学校进行实地调查,分析校本教研网络平台在使用过程中的现状和不足,针对不足和缺点设计平台的功能和实现模块,然后对平台进行开发,之后,选择实验学校,搜集实验数据,并根据教师和相关领域专家对该平台的评价,最终验证了平台的有效性。 本文共分七章,第一章阐述了本文的研究背景和动机、研究内容和意义,明确了在目前国内网络教研平台使用现状下,开发一个基于教师发展档案袋的网络教研平台的可行性和意义。第二章对教师发展档案袋、校本教研、网络教研的相关理论进行梳理。第三章对教师发展档案袋、校本教研、网络教研在国内外的应用和研究现状进行文献分析,总结成功与不足。第四章分析网络教研平台及其网络教研活动的现状,提出构建基于教师发展档案袋的网络教研平台的必要性。第五章构建了基于教师发展档案袋的网络教研平台框架。第六章是平台的开发和实现,介绍该平台可视化构建过程,包括用户表示层、业务逻辑层的构建和数据访问层的设计,介绍主要功能模块的实现理论和代码分析,并给出平台的应用参考模型。第七章对论文中建构的网络平台及整篇论文进行了总结,并提出了下一步的研究工作。

The construction of domestic network teaching and research platform is lack of systematic and in-depth research both theoretically and practically. Teacher development portfolio is a representative collection of teachers' work, is a record of their own work process, is to their own achievements, styles, attitudes, values and other aspects of the comprehensive. A highly personal description and a collection of related materials. By extracting some of the contents of the teacher's development portfolio, it is integrated into the network teaching and research platform and forms the corresponding logical structure of the portfolio. To standardize the generation of teaching and research resources; Standardizing school network teaching and research activities; To facilitate the quality control of network teaching and research, improve the level of teaching and research of teachers; The purpose of this paper is to provide the objective basis for the establishment of the incentive mechanism of network teaching and research in schools. This paper first through literature research to understand the current domestic and foreign network school-based teaching and research of the essence and significance of the relevant research on the portfolio of teacher development, on the basis of this. This paper makes a field investigation on several conditional schools in Beibei District of Chongqing, analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the school-based teaching and research network platform in the process of use, and designs the function and implementation module of the platform in view of its shortcomings and shortcomings. Then the platform is developed and the experimental school is selected to collect experimental data. Finally the effectiveness of the platform is verified according to the evaluation of the platform by teachers and experts in related fields. This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter describes the research background and motivation, research content and significance, clear in the current domestic network teaching and research platform use status quo. The feasibility and significance of developing a network teaching and research platform based on teacher development portfolio. Chapter two is about teacher development portfolio, school-based teaching and research. The third chapter makes a literature analysis on the application and research status of teacher development portfolio, school-based teaching and research, network teaching and research at home and abroad. Chapter 4th analyzes the current situation of the network teaching and research platform and its network teaching and research activities. This paper puts forward the necessity of constructing the network teaching and research platform based on the teacher development portfolio. Chapter 5th constructs the framework of the network teaching research platform based on the teacher development portfolio. Chapter 6th is the development and implementation of the platform. This paper introduces the visual construction process of the platform, including user presentation layer, business logic layer construction and data access layer design, and introduces the implementation theory and code analysis of the main functional modules. The application reference model of the platform is given. Chapter 7th summarizes the network platform constructed in the paper and the whole paper, and puts forward the next research work.
