县域教师发展支持体系建设研究

【摘要】: 我国是一个正处于工业化进程中的农业大国,“县(区、旗、市)”是我国经济社会发展的基本组成单位。随着农村义务教育以县为主的管理体系的建立和完善,“县”在教育发展中的作用更加凸显出来,“县”的教育发展更加关系到当地社会经济发展与文明进步。建立县域教师发展的支持体系是推动县域教育发展的现实需要,也是我国基础教育改革与发展中最重要的基础性工作之一。本文以此作为研究的问题,试图发现县域教师发展支持体系建设的主要规律,为相应教育政策提供理论支持。 论文从系统论的角度出发,在综合研究描述我国县域教师发展支持体系建设的现状、问题与方向基础上,对县域教师发展支持体系建设的理论与实践进行系统梳理、比较分析和综合研究之后,提出了县域教师发展支持体系的结构框架,设计了县域教师发展支持体系运行机制,并确定了县域教师发展支持体系实施与保障的十大措施。全文共分为七个部分: 第一章,对提出的问题及背景进行了介绍、对国内外相关问题的研究进行了综述,并分析了县域教师发展支持体系建设理论研究进展情况,为下一步发现、研究、解决问题提供了方法。 第二章,研究了县域教师发展支持体系建设的理论基础,并从理论角度寻找县域教师发展支持体系建设规律,形成县域教师发展支持体系建设的理论框架。 第三章,对美、英、日、法四国教师发展支持体系进行了系统的分析和研究,总结了发达国家教师发展支持体系建设的经验,为本文提供借鉴。 第四章,介绍国内教师发展支持体系建设的实践探索模式,研究了我国县域教师发展支持体系建设的进展、问题和发展方向,从实践角度寻找县域教师发展支持体系建设的现实依据。 第五章,结合山东省W县的实际情况,从教育系统外部、内部与自身三个角度,从制度、结构、运行三个维度,从宏观和微观两个层次对影响县域教师发展的因素进行了分析,对县域教师发展支持体系建设进行了基础分析。 第六章,采用实证研究的方法,研究了山东省W县教师发展支持体系建设状况,结合系统调查从制度、结构、运行、自身四个维度分析了县域教师发展支持体系建设的现状与存在问题,从中得出一些共同的结论,为县域教师发展支持体系建设提供实践依据。 第七章,结合国情提出“四位一体”县域教师发展支持体系的结构、生态属性、运行机制、以及实施与保障措施,并分别从政府、教育主管部门、教师培训机构、学校等方面提出了相应的建议。 论文研究的问题源于实践,希望论文的研究结论能够用于指导县域教师发展支持体系的建立,也期待为城市教师发展支持体系建设提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country in the process of industrialization. City) "is the basic unit of economic and social development in our country. With the establishment and improvement of the administrative system of county based compulsory education in rural areas, the role of" county "in the development of education becomes more prominent, and the educational development of" county "becomes more and more important. Related to the local social and economic development and the progress of civilization. The establishment of county teacher development support system is the practical need to promote the development of county education. It is also one of the most important basic work in the basic education reform and development of our country. This paper takes this as the research question, tries to discover the main rule of the county teacher development support system construction, provides the theory support for the corresponding education policy. From the point of view of system theory, on the basis of comprehensive research and description of the current situation, problems and directions of the construction of the county teacher development support system, this paper systematically combs the theory and practice of the county teacher development support system construction. After comparative analysis and comprehensive research, this paper puts forward the framework of the county teacher development support system, and designs the operational mechanism of the county teacher development support system. Ten measures for the implementation and protection of the county teacher development support system are determined. The full text is divided into seven parts:. In the first chapter, the author introduces the questions and background, summarizes the research on the related issues at home and abroad, and analyzes the progress of the theoretical research on the development support system of teachers at county level. A solution to the problem is provided. The second chapter studies the theoretical basis of the county teacher development support system construction, and from the theoretical point of view to find the county teacher development support system construction law, forming the county teacher development support system construction theoretical framework. The third chapter makes a systematic analysis and research on the teacher development support system of the United States, Britain, Japan and France, summarizes the experience of the construction of the teacher development support system in developed countries, and provides a reference for this paper. Chapter 4th introduces the practice and exploration mode of the construction of teacher development support system in China, and studies the progress, problems and development direction of the construction of teacher development support system at county level in China. From the practical point of view, to find the practical basis for the construction of county teacher development support system. Chapter 5th, combined with the actual situation of W County in Shandong Province, from the external, internal and self perspectives of the education system, from the system, structure, operation of three dimensions, This paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of teachers in county from the macro and micro levels, and analyzes the construction of the support system for teacher development in the county. Chapter 6th, using the method of empirical research, studies the construction of teacher development support system in W County, Shandong Province, combining with systematic investigation from the system, structure, operation, This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of the county teacher development support system from its four dimensions, and draws some common conclusions, which provides the practical basis for the county teachers' development support system construction. Chapter 7th, according to the national conditions, puts forward the structure, ecological attributes, operational mechanism, implementation and safeguard measures of the "four-in-one" county teacher development support system, and respectively from the government, education authorities, teacher training institutions, School and other aspects put forward the corresponding suggestions. The problem of this paper is derived from practice. It is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can be used to guide the establishment of the county teacher development support system and to provide reference for the construction of the urban teacher development support system.
