教师下企业社会实践对提升职业技能的意义

【摘要】：高等职业院校教师下企业实践锻炼,目的是为了让教师了解企业的生产组织方式和工艺流程,熟悉企业相关岗位职责、操作规范和管理制度,体验本专业的新知识、新技能、新工艺和新方法,同时结合企业的生产实际,在课程改革中有的放矢地完善人才培养方案和课程标准,提高技能型人才培养质量。职业素养和职业能力越来越被用人单位注重,高职师资职业素养是为学校培养高素质人才提供重要的保证,企业社会实践是一种从技能、专业、思想、意识等方面来提高教师职业素养的重要手段。
[Abstract]:In order to let teachers understand the production organization and process flow of enterprises, the purpose of the practice of higher vocational college teachers is to familiarise themselves with the enterprise's production organization and process process, to be familiar with the relevant job responsibilities of the enterprise, the operation standard and management system, to experience the new knowledge, new skills, new techniques and new methods of this major, and to combine the production practice with the enterprise in the same time.
