青少年情绪调节:结构、影响因素及对学校适应的意义
[Abstract]:The connotation and function of emotion regulation, the research methods and measurement methods, the research perspective and research orientation, the main theoretical models, the influencing factors and the prediction effects are systematically reviewed. In particular, the research tradition of Chinese and western emotional regulation is analyzed cross-cultural, and its guiding significance to the study and practice of local emotion regulation is analyzed. On the basis of previous studies, the theoretical structure of adolescent emotion regulation strategy and emotion regulation ability is determined, and the scale is compiled, and the development characteristics of adolescent emotion regulation strategy and emotion regulation ability are investigated by using the developed scale. The effects of parent-child attachment, personality and general self-efficacy on adolescent emotional regulation were analyzed, and the effects of adolescent emotional regulation on school adaptation were discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Adolescent emotion Regulation Strategy scale and emotion Regulation ability scale have good reliability and validity; (2) Adolescent emotion Regulation Strategy and emotion Regulation ability exist in some demographic variables (3) Adolescent emotion regulation strategy has significant predictive effect on emotional regulation ability, (4) parent-child attachment as parent influence system and personality and general self-efficacy as individual intrinsic characteristic system combine with each other. (5) Adolescent emotional regulation has significant predictive effect on school adaptation.
