军校非现役文职教员心理健康问题刍议

【摘要】:当前军校非现役文职教员中存在焦虑、失衡、自卑、孤独等心理健康问题,解决这些问题,可采取如下对策:加强动机教育,增强非现役文职教员的职业认同感;坚持"以人为本’,为非现役文职教员营造和谐的人际环境;依据非现役文职教员的个性心理特点,拓宽管理途径;不断提高非现役文职教员自我心理调控能力。
[Abstract]:At present, there are mental health problems such as anxiety, imbalance, low self-esteem and loneliness in the non-active civilian staff of the military academy. The following measures can be taken to solve these problems: to strengthen the motivation education and to enhance the professional identity of the non-active civilian teachers; to adhere to the following measures: "People-oriented" To build a harmonious interpersonal environment for non-active civilian teachers; to broaden the management approach based on the individual psychological characteristics of non-active civilian teachers; and to continuously improve the self-psychological control ability of non-active civilian teachers.
