教育行政管理人员专业化路径研究——基于对地县教育局长的调查

【摘要】：教育行政管理专业化是世界范围内教育管理体制改革的重要趋势,主要体现在教育行政管理机构专业化和教育行政管理人员专业化两个方面。本文基于对我国地县教育局长专业发展状况的调查,结合对国际经验的分析,提出了我国教育行政管理人员专业化建设的建议。
[Abstract]:The specialization of educational administration is an important trend in the reform of educational management system in the world, which is mainly reflected in the specialization of educational administrative institutions and the specialization of educational administrative personnel. Based on the investigation of the professional development of prefectural and county education directors in China and the analysis of international experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the professional construction of educational administrators in China.
