【摘要】: 信息技术的飞速发展带来了教育的信息化,在这样的一场变革中提高教师的教育技术应用水平,促进教师专业能力的发展,已成为当前一项迫切的要求。高校教师作为高等教育的主力军,高等教育的执行者,提高其专业能力和教育技术水平显得更重要。 随着国家教育部和高等教育司的重视,全国范围内高校教师的教育技术培训得到了迅速的发展。伴随着培训的大规模实施,问题也随之而来。纵观国内学者相关研究发现,高期望和高投入并没有得到预期的效果。高校教师教育技术培训的目的是为了提高教师教育技术水平,提高它的质量即如何取得好的培训结果理所应当的成为研究中的重点。但在这众多研究中发现,第一,组织管理作为影响影响学习结果的重要因素,相关研究少之又少。在阅读了大量文献的基础上发现组织管理是影响学习结果的一个重要的因素(李森林,2005),而组织管理作为一个外因,试想它是通过部分内因起作用的,所以本文确定研究组织管理与学习结果之间的关系,并以学习动机和学习态度为中介进行分析。 第二,大多数的研究者都采用单一的理论研究,通过定性的方式来分析问题。大多数的研究者更多的注重于理论的研究,多采用单一的理论研究的方式来表达自己的观点。他们通过自己的感性认识或者通过应用相关理论进行分析,提出了当前培训中存在的问题,即哪些因素影响了最终的培训结果,以及针对问题提出一些对策。 本研究弥补了上述不足,运用因果模型和结构方程模型原理,确定组织管理与学习结果之间的关系,通过问卷调查的方式获取数据,并用数据来表征组织管理对学习结果的影响情况。在研究过程中借用学习态度和学习动机两个内在的心理因素作为中介,建立模型,在这个模型中,组织管理被认为是一个外源潜变量;学习态度、学习动机、学习结果被认为是内生潜变量,模型是一个递归模型,即只包含单向的路径,而不包括双向或回。 本研究以山东省范围内部分参加高校教师教育技术培训的老师为研究对象,研究过程如下: 第一章阐述了本文的研究背景及当前的研究现状,发现其中的不足,在此基础之上通过对国内相关研究进行有针对性的综合分析,提出了本文研究的主要内容和研究目的。简单的介绍了本文用到的主要研究方法。 第二章对文章出现的组织管理、学习动机和学习态度等几个重要的概念进行了界定,并根据相关理论对组织管理、学习动机和学习态度三者的测量维度进行探索分析,为下文评价量表的开发提供理论依据。 第三章实验研究的过程设计,是本文的第一个重点研究内容。本章详细的介绍了被试的选择和测量量表的开发,包括组织管理量表的开发、学习动机量表的选取与分析和学习态度量表的选取与分析。 第四章因果模型的建立、修改与验证。本章是文章的又一重点,也是本文研究的意义所在。文章中提出了关于组织管理、学习动机、学习态度和学习结果之间关系的因果模型假设,运用结构方程模型原理对模型进行修改和验证,并使用大量实验数据来支持假设模型。 第五章,总结实验结论,指出了实验结论对高校教师教育技术培训的现实意义,从多个不同的角度对改善当前高校教师教育技术培训质量提出的意见。在文章最后,对整个实验研究进行了总结,指出了本研究的不足和研究前景。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology has brought about the information of education . In such a revolution , it has become an urgent requirement to improve the application level of teachers ' educational technology and to promote the development of teachers ' professional ability . It is more important to improve their professional ability and educational technology level as the main force of higher education and the executive of higher education . With the attention of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education , the education technology training of college teachers in the whole country has been developed rapidly . Along with the large - scale implementation of the training , it is found that the first , organizational management is an important factor affecting the learning outcomes . Second , most researchers use a single theoretical study to analyze the problem through qualitative analysis . Most researchers focus on the research of the theory and use a single theoretical study to express their own views . Through their own perceptual knowledge or through the application of relevant theories , they put forward the problems existing in the current training , namely , which factors have influenced the final training results , and put forward some countermeasures for the problems . In this model , the relationship between organizational management and learning outcomes is determined by means of causal model and structural equation model , and the influence of organizational management on learning outcomes is characterized by means of questionnaire . In this model , organizational management is considered as an exogenous variable ; learning attitude , learning motivation and learning result are regarded as endogenous latent variables ; In this study , a teacher who participated in the technical training of university teachers ' education in Shandong Province was the research object , and the research process was as follows : The first chapter expounds the background of the research and the current research situation , and finds out the deficiency . Based on this , this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on domestic relevant research , and puts forward the main content and research purpose of this paper . The main research methods used in this paper are introduced briefly . The second chapter defines several important concepts , such as organization management , learning motivation and learning attitude , and explores the measurement dimensions of organizational management , learning motivation and learning attitude according to the relevant theories , and provides theoretical basis for the development of the evaluation scale below . In chapter 3 , the process design of the experimental study is the first important research content in this paper . This chapter introduces the development of the test selection and measurement scale , including the development of the organizational management scale , the selection and analysis of the learning motivation scale and the selection and analysis of the learning attitude scale . The fourth chapter is based on the establishment , modification and verification of the causal model . This chapter is also the focus of this paper . It is also the significance of the study . In this paper , the causal model assumption about the relationship between organizational management , learning motivation , learning attitude and learning result is presented . The model is modified and verified by using the principle of structural equation model , and a lot of experimental data is used to support the hypothesis model . The fifth chapter summarizes the experimental conclusion , points out the practical significance of the experimental conclusion to the technical training of the university teachers ' education , and points out the suggestions for improving the quality of the current college teachers ' education technology training from various angles . At the end of the article , the whole experiment research is summarized , and the shortage and the research prospect of this study are pointed out .
