台湾学校辅导发展研究

【摘要】:虽然台湾学校辅导在华人社会的学校教育中具有“样本意义”与“样板价值”,但台湾学校辅导的发展迄今还是一个尚未进行系统化研究的领域。本研究从历史与现实两个角度,采用“纵横贯通”与“史论结合”的研究思路,通过文献法、历史比较、个案研究、口述历史(访谈)以及现场考察等方法,对学校辅导的发展作较为系统的研究。 台湾学校辅导的兴起是一种历史的必然。50多年来,学校辅导历经以下发展进程并体现不同的发展任务与发展特征:(1)20世纪50年代中期,在多种因素的共同作用下,学校辅导开始萌芽。其中,侨生教育成为直接的推动力量,侨生辅导成为学校辅导的开端。(2)20世纪60年代初、中期,学校辅导进行了一系列实验探索,为其建制积累了经验,奠定了基础。(3)20世纪60年代后期至70年代,以“九年国教”在国中全面推行辅导工作为标志,学校辅导正式建制并成为一种教育制度。(4)20世纪80年代,学校辅导进入一个全面推展与不断完善的阶段,并形成了较为完整的辅导工作体系。(5)20世纪90年代初至90年代中后期,随着“辅导工作六年计划”的制定与实施,学校辅导的专业效能得到全面提升。(6)20世纪90年代后期至今,伴随着教育改革运动的“统整”理念及政策变革,学校辅导在充满争议中进行着艰难的转型。 在半个多世纪的历史进程中,台湾学校辅导的发展具有自身突出的特点,有自己的成功经验,也有一些不足及存在的问题。同时,学校辅导的发展正面临着机遇与挑战。而这些,也都给正处于探索推进阶段的我国大陆学校心理健康教育带来诸多有益的启示。
[Abstract]:Although school guidance in Taiwan has "sample significance" and "model value" in school education in Chinese society, the development of school guidance in Taiwan has not yet been systematically studied. Through the methods of literature, historical comparison, case study, oral history (interview) and field investigation, this paper makes a systematic study on the development of school guidance. The rise of school guidance in Taiwan has been a historical necessity for more than 50 years. In the past 50 years, school guidance has gone through the following development processes and embodied different development tasks and characteristics. In the middle of 50s of the 20th century, under the joint action of various factors, School tutoring began to sprout. Among them, education of overseas Chinese students became a direct driving force, and guidance for overseas Chinese students became the beginning of school tutoring. At the beginning of 60s, in the middle of the 20th century, school tutoring conducted a series of experimental exploration and accumulated experience for its establishment. From the late 60s to 70s of the 20th century, the school guidance system was formally established and became an educational system from 80s in the 20th century, marked by the comprehensive implementation of the guidance work in the middle school by the Nine-Year State Church. School tutoring has entered a stage of comprehensive development and continuous improvement, and has formed a relatively complete guidance work system. From the beginning of 90s to the middle and late 90s of the 20th century, with the formulation and implementation of the "six years of Counseling work Plan", The professional efficiency of school guidance has been comprehensively promoted. Since the late 90s of the 20th century, with the reform of the educational reform movement's "integration" concept and policy, the school guidance is undergoing a difficult transition in the controversy. In the course of more than half a century of history, the development of school guidance in Taiwan has its own outstanding characteristics, its own successful experience, as well as some shortcomings and problems. At the same time, The development of school guidance is facing both opportunities and challenges, and all of these have brought a lot of beneficial enlightenment to the mental health education of schools in mainland China, which is in the stage of exploration and promotion.
