多学科视域下教师心理健康福利机制探析

【摘要】:有研究者采用SCL-90症状自评量表对扬州大学教师心理健康状况进行测量,结果表明:被试教师的心理健康症状因子均高于全国常模,且差异显著。因此,从马克思主义哲学、管理学、教育生态学出发,必须对教师心理健康问题予以重视,不仅要考虑教师个体或群体心理的影响,还要考虑心理生态环境对教师心理健康的影响。应把教师心理健康福利纳入其福利体系,从教育立法、资金保障、福利实施、组织监管等多维度构建具有中国特色的教师心理健康福利长效机制,健全"教师心理健康福利"组织监管制度,并对其加强管理和督导,不断提高教师的精神生活质量,促进教师身心健康和谐发展。
[Abstract]:Some researchers use the SCL-90 symptom Checklist to measure the mental health status of teachers in Yangzhou University. The results show that the factors of mental health symptoms of the subjects are higher than the national norm, and the differences are significant. From the point of view of management and educational ecology, we must pay attention to the problem of teachers' mental health, and not only consider the influence of teachers' individual or group psychology. We should also consider the impact of the psychological ecological environment on teachers' mental health. Teachers' mental health benefits should be incorporated into their welfare system, including education legislation, financial protection, and welfare implementation. The long term mechanism of teachers' mental health welfare with Chinese characteristics should be set up, and the supervision system of "teachers' mental health welfare" should be perfected, and the management and supervision should be strengthened to improve the quality of teachers' mental life. To promote the harmonious development of teachers' physical and mental health.
