跨学科视角的教育管理学探视

【摘要】： 学科跨界是学科之间交叉融合、边界跨越和知识整合的过程。作为科学知识体系演进的重要特征和环节,这一过程为学科蕴蓄着进一步发展的能量,影响着相关学科的未来走势。学科开放、杂糅、交融的跨界图景,要求教育管理学必须厘清其学科发展历程,把握学科的逻辑起点,辨识学科属性,为巩固学科理论体系奠定基础；跳出已有的学科结构划分格局,从新的视角审视结构形态并关注内部分支学科关联情势；自内向外考证推演,探索教育管理学外部、特别是前沿领域的学科跨界活动,真正消解教育管理学专业知识的局限性,加速其跨学科研究的进程。本文在总结归纳已有教育管理学学科属性理论的基础上,尝试通过因子分析进一步证实教育管理学是一门从教育科学中独立出来,借助管理科学的理论,实现教育学与管理学的融会贯通,具有跨界特性的学科。把关键学者有关教育管理学的学科结构论述辅以图示,又以《相关期刊论文》(1979～2008)11693篇教育管理方面的论文,及中外25部教育管理学著作为学术文本载体,归纳提炼教育管理学的10大研究主题,并援引这一标准划分学科结构,从新的视角向人们展示教育管理学内部分支学科。顺势深入教育管理学内部子域,探索发现主要有学校组织行为管理学、德育管理学、学校领导学、教学管理学、班级管理学、社区管理学、学校管理学、学生管理学等18门分支学科与其形成互涉联系。作为独立学科整体的教育管理学外部学科关联,是在总结学界有关教育管理学关联学科立场观点的基础上,引入《社会科学引文索引》即SSCI(1998～2008)5908篇教育管理学相关文献作为原始数据源,通过可视化的知识图谱呈现的。解图分析的结果表明,教育管理学与外部60种学科(门类)相互联系,这些学科(门类)与教育管理学的关联度分成3个等级,集结成5大学科族,分别对教育管理学构成“内敛度”和“外展度”的影响,它们融合共生,呈现动态平衡的状态。在教育管理学的前沿领域,主要有24门学科与其形成跨界关联,这些学科分成6大学科族,与教育管理学高度关联的多是心理学的重要分支学科。研究发现,教育管理学每跨越一门学科的边界,就会更大程度地吸引更多相异学科,聚合成差异融合、优势互补的学科跨界作用力。为了推进前沿领域的跨学科研究,应该采取相应对策,教育管理学必须贯彻开放思想,巩固“教育学”和“管理学”源学科的基础地位,运用多元研究手段,集成关联学科的优势,促进其学科不断发展。
[Abstract]:Cross - boundary between disciplines is the process of cross - fusion , boundary crossing and knowledge integration among disciplines . As an important feature and link of the evolution of the scientific knowledge system , this process is an important feature and link of the evolution of the scientific knowledge system .
To jump out of the existing division pattern of the discipline structure , look at the structure form from the new visual angle and pay attention to the related situation of the internal branch subject ;
From introversion to outside examination , explore the outside of educational management science , especially the cross - boundary activities in the frontier field , truly resolve the limitation of educational management expertise and accelerate the process of cross - disciplinary research .

On the basis of summarizing the attribute theory of education management science , this paper attempts to further prove that education management is a kind of science of education science . By means of the theory of management science , it realizes the integration of pedagogy and management , and it has cross - boundary character .

As a whole , the relationship between educational administration and the external discipline of education management is based on the summary of the relevant subject position of educational management . The results of the analysis show that the relationship between educational administration and the external 60 subjects ( sect . ) is divided into 3 grades . The influence of these disciplines ( family ) and the education management is divided into 3 levels .

In the frontier of education management , there are 24 subjects with their cross - border linkages . These disciplines are divided into six disciplines , which are closely related to the educational administration .
