健全个性:宽基教育的使命

【摘要】：宽基教育是从学校、教师、学生的实际出发,关注全体师生个性、能力与智慧的自我生成、自我发展、自我创新和自我完善,构建融知识、技能、体质、人格四位为一体,促进学生全面、和谐、健康发展的教育体系。济南市胜利大街小学对宽基教育内涵和实质进行了深入的学习和领会。在此基础上,学校在发现儿童、解放儿童、发展儿童、教师素质等方面开展了实践探索,重建学校教学文化,构建起多元化校本课程体系,有力地促进了学生个性的发展,使每个学生的潜能得到了充分挖掘。
[Abstract]:Based on the reality of school, teachers and students, we pay close attention to the self-generation, self-development, self-innovation and self-perfection of the personality, ability and wisdom of all teachers and students, and construct a body of four persons, knowledge, skill, physique and personality.To promote a comprehensive, harmonious and healthy education system for students.Jinan Shengli Street Primary School has deeply studied and understood the connotation and essence of wide-base education.On this basis, the school has carried out practical exploration in the aspects of discovering children, liberating children, developing children and teachers' quality, reconstructing school teaching culture, constructing diversified school-based curriculum system, and promoting the development of students' personality.So that each student's potential has been fully exploited.
