县域农村教育对经济增长贡献的实证分析——以重庆永川区为例

【摘要】：介绍了教育投入对经济增长贡献的实证模型的推导过程,在此基础上,以重庆市永川区为例,根据该区1981~2008年的相关统计数据,利用菲德模型研究了永川区县域教育投入对经济增长的直接作用和外溢作用,所得回归方程的拟合精度较高,各变量系数均通过了显著性检验。研究表明,县域教育投入对经济增长的影响系数为0.821,其对经济增长的贡献较小,还不到资本投资贡献的1/10;教育部门的边际生产力高于非教育部门;县域农村教育的外溢作用对农村经济增长起反向拉动作用,其影响系数为-3.102,这可能与当地人才流失严重、教育体制不健全、教育理念落后、经济发展水平较低等因素有关;当前,县域农村经济增长还处于资本拉动阶段。提出了现阶段应加强教育投入力度、深化现行农村教育体制改革等,以促进农村教育与农村经济的协调发展。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the process of deducing the empirical model of the contribution of educational input to economic growth. On this basis, taking Yongchuan District of Chongqing as an example, according to the relevant statistical data from 1981 to 2008,The direct effect and spillover effect of the county education investment on economic growth in Yongchuan district were studied by using the Fried model. The regression equation obtained has higher fitting accuracy and the coefficients of all variables have passed the significance test.The research shows that the influence coefficient of county education investment on economic growth is 0.821, its contribution to economic growth is less than 1 / 10 of the contribution of capital investment, the marginal productivity of education sector is higher than that of non-education sector.The spillover effect of county rural education plays a reverse role in the rural economic growth, and its influence coefficient is -3.102, which may be related to the serious brain drain, the imperfect education system, the backward concept of education and the low level of economic development.At present, county rural economic growth is still in the capital-driven stage.In order to promote the harmonious development of rural education and rural economy, it is suggested that we should strengthen the education input and deepen the reform of the current rural education system at the present stage.
