谈进城务工人员随迁子女义务教育后的升学困境与破解思路

【摘要】：进城务工人员子女,在流入地完成义务阶段教育后,就陷入升学难的困境。具体表现在随迁子女在流入地接受高中阶段教育的选择空间有限、在流出地升学面临知识不衔接等问题。其原因包括制度改进滞后、缺乏指导性的政策等。为了保障随迁子女能够获得公平的升学机会,可建立基于成绩折算的异地考试制度、相应的奖惩和补偿制度以及构建城市高中阶段教育资源信息平台,以解决随迁子女高中阶段的教育问题。
[Abstract]:The children of migrant workers, after completing their compulsory education, fall into the dilemma of going to school. It is manifested in the limited choice space for the children to receive senior high school education in the floating place, and the problem of knowledge disconnection in the outflow place of higher education. The reasons include the lag of system improvement and the lack of guiding policies. In order to ensure that the children who follow the move can get a fair chance of further education, we can establish the examination system of different places based on the conversion of achievements, the corresponding reward and punishment system and compensation system, as well as the construction of the information platform of urban senior high school education resources.
