民族地区中小学教师职业压力与心理健康关系
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the occupational stress status of minority teachers in Guizhou province and its relationship with mental health so as to provide the basis for improving the mental health level of primary and secondary school teachers in minority areas. Methods A total of 542 primary and secondary school teachers were randomly selected from 18 schools in 3 ethnic minority autonomous prefectures in Guizhou Province and investigated with the Occupational stress questionnaire and symptom Checklist (SCI-90). Results there was no significant difference in the scores of the factors of occupational stress among the primary and middle school teachers of different sexes (P0.05). The test stress scores of senior middle school teachers and junior middle school teachers were (3.25 卤1.15) and (3.19 卤1.06), respectively, which were significantly higher than that of primary school teachers (2.89 卤1.03) (P0.05). The work load score of senior middle school teachers was (3.10 卤1.15), which was significantly higher than that of primary school teachers (2.86 卤1.00) (P0.05). The score of family interpersonal stress of rural teachers was (2.67 卤0.97), which was significantly higher than that of urban and urban teachers (2.43 卤0.82) and (2.29 卤0.84) (P0.05). The correlation between the factors of primary and middle school teachers' occupational stress and SCL-90 was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion it is an effective way to improve teachers' mental health level and prevent mental illness from the aspects of teachers' interpersonal relationship and professional development, and reduce the occupational pressure of primary and secondary school teachers.
